All rates are for normal occupancy, and are per person, per night, for bed and breakfast accommodation.
For single occupancy of a double room or rates for children, do please enquire, stipulating the age of the children.
Our family room has a double and a single bed, so is suitable for a maximum of three people.
Minimum age for children- 4 years.
All bathrooms have shower, toilet and washbasin.
To make a booking:
To make a booking, we do require credit or debit card details to act as security.
We accept most debit cards at no charge and most personal credit cards except American Express. We regret that for bookings made after 18/1/09 there will be a 2% surcharge for the use of credit cards to cover our increased costs.
We do not take any payment in advance-if someone failed to arrive, or cancelled and we were not able to relet the room, we would take the first nights' payment.

The balance of payment for your stay can be settled by debit card, credit card or cash.
Please note, that we ask for rooms to be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure.
